WARRANT YPOLICY

Warranty is issued by Sharp Garuda Farm Equipment Pvt. Ltd. to its end customer promising to repair or replace damaged parts if necessary within a specific period of time. Warranties cover manufacturing defects in material or workmanship and do not cover physical abuse of the machine.

Annexure - I

Warranty Period starts from date of purchase

• Garuda Mini Weeder 3PT600 - 1 Year

• Garuda Mini Weeder PRO- 3PT600-Pro - 1 Year

• Garuda Master Weeder 3PT1000D - 1 Year

• Garuda Paddy Weeder 3PT250 - 1 Year

• Garuda Rice Transplanter 3PT350 - 1 Year

• Garuda Power Tiller 3PT1200D - 1 Year

• Garuda Baby Weeder 3PT200 - 1 Year

• Garuda Micro Weeder 3PT200M - 1 Year

• Pump (all models) - 6 months

• Agri Weed Cutter (all Models) - 6 months

• Brush Cutter - 3 months

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• 1. This warranty is only extended to the first purchaser for a specific period as per warranty period in Annexure - I provided pre-delivery inspection, servicing, and maintenance of the machine have been strictly observed as per operator’s manual and subject to conditions stated below.

• 2. The warranty will be carried out only if the e-warranty is registered & should be properly filled up by the dealer or customer and must be submitted on the company’s website within 5 days from the date of sale. Unless the e-warranty has been registered, no warranty claim will be entertained.

• 3. Any reconditioning/repair of the machine can only be carried out by Company authorized representatives.

• 4. All the free services should be done in the time or hour, whichever is earlier, to avail of warranty.

• 5. The warranty does not cover:

• • Natural wear and tear of machine components.

• • Defects due to abnormal use or application for which the machine is not designed.

• • Damage due to inadequate maintenance and servicing or due to ignorance of operation.

• • Damage resulting from overloading of the machine

  • 6.The warranty will be void if spare parts, accessories, or implements are not supplied by us or obtained from other source without authorization, and is used on the machine.

  • 7.Tyres,Tubes,Belts, Glass,and Plastic Parts, Accessories Panel Instruments, Electrical Instruments & Components, Oil Seal, Gasket, Rubber Parts, Bearing etc. are NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

  • 8.Customer (through dealer) should raise the warranty claim within the warranty period.

  • 9.Warranty is void immediately if the machine suffered an accident.

  • 10.The warranty is void if the machine has been subjected to modification or designed alteration and other changes; A written consent of the company is required for such changes.

  • 11.The warranty expires if the machine has been reconditioned or repaired in any other shop or by person other than those authorized by the company.

  • 12.Warranty shall not apply in case of any defect in material or parts, which cannot be discovered by ordinary factory inspection.

  • 13.Warranty claim should be sent to the company within a month from the date of failure with all necessary documents & failure parts.

  • If the claim does not reach within a month of replacement/repair the same will be rejected.

  • 15.Ignorance of warranty policy will not be entertained.

  • 16.This warranty will be void if in inspection it is found the presence of any foreign body ( dirt , metal parts etc.) in the machine due to improper maintenance or abuse of the machine

  • 17.This warranty will be void, if the machine is used with contaminated lubricants,fuels

  • 18.To claim warranty the recommended Oil grade in manual should be used.

  • 19.Warranty service is subject to availability of spare parts in the company. If the failed part is not available the warranty for indigenous machine will be completed in 45 days and for imported machinery 90 days at the least for engines please refer engine manual.
