Shipping / Delivery Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery – Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd is free to use any authorized transport services provider to deliver the materials to You / your nearest dealer as it may deem fit, such that the goods are delivered in the most appropriate condition and at the earliest possible.
- You may not hold Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd liable for any damages / losses occurred during transit of the goods. Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd shall in any case shall not be liable to You for any such losses / damages caused in transit or a reason outside the control of Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd
- Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd shall try to insure the goods during transit to create reasonable chance of recovery of any such damages / losses during transit. The recoverability of such loss / damages is subject to the terms and conditions of the transit insurance service provider.
- The standard delivery time of goods shall be dispatch from the factory / dealer / authorized agent / warehouse within 10 working days from the date of receipt of confirmed order or the clearance of funds in the acquiring bank whichever is later, subject to review and order acceptance from Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd
Returns / Refund Policy
2. We do not accept any requests for cancellations, returns or refund. Goods once sold will not be replaced or returned under any circumstances. No refunds will be made under any condition (except as per clause 2.1)
- Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion, under the following circumstances : after receipt of confirmed order, due to any unforeseeablecircumstances in-case the delivery of goods cannot be made wholly due any constraint pertaining to the order, product / service, terms and conditions, limited / Non availability of certain parts or delivery services or other reasons
- Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd shall refund You in case the order is cancelled as per above clause 2.1. The funds received for that order shall be refunded via the same means thru which the funds were credited to Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd acquiring bank account or by using authorized payment gateway service provider. The funds shall be refunded with 15 working days.
