Free service camps :
Free service camps are organized frequently in various locations to reaffirm our commitment to provide best of our services to our customers to make their ownership experience more enjoyable.
Spare parts :
Spare parts in stock save time and money. We maintain large stocks of spare parts each year to respond to your emergencies.
Our technical team often makes visits to check the condition of your equipment and provide necessary assistance in selection of parts so that your equipment is fully operational. We highly recommend the use of genuine spares to ensure the reliability of you Sharp Garuda product.
In- house services:
Sharp Garuda Product support extends beyond field service. We maintain fully equipped State of the Art workshop facilities at Coimbatore to cater the major services such as,
- Engine overhauls
- Transmission overhauls
- Full Restoration services
Training:
Sharp Garuda has a full-fledged training department at Coimbatore. This training center is primarily to train in-house service technicians & dealer technicians on maintenance and repair of Sharp Garuda products. The trainings are usually two levels,
- Basic Operation & Maintenance -This is more suited for demonstrators and sales persons. The course aims at providing the person with an insight on Operational safety, Efficient use of the machine, maintenance procedures, etc.
- Advanced Technician – This course is aimed at experienced mechanics to enable them to perform full diagnostics, troubleshooting and overhauling of Sharp Garuda products.
We also conduct equipment demo at customer fields to make them familiar with Sharp Garuda products and their features.
